Mike and his wife (Jennifer Chen) both are graduates from BYU-Hawaii, University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and University of Central Florida.  Brother Lin received his Ph.D. in Exceptional Education in Aug 2005.  Right after their graduation from UCF, Mike and Jennifer both came back to teach in BYU-Hawaii together.  They have one daughter, Kiana, and one son, Makana.  Mike loves walking, swimming, training dogs, and gardening.  Mike and Jennifer both served their missions in the Taiwan Taipei Mission.
